Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, Thermomix or large mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly into a layer of about an inch or less thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. The edges should be dry.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15-30 minutes.
- Slice, serve and enjoy warm or at room temperature. (Will keep in the fridge for up to a week.)
