- Preheat grill or oven to 180°C.
- On the cooktop, heat a medium-sized cast iron skillet or casserole pan.
- Add the oil and place the sliced cauliflower to cover the bottom of the pan. Heat until soft and flip cook until tender. Remove from heat when done.
- Crack the eggs on top and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
- Place the skillet in the oven until the top of the eggs are cooked.
- Enjoy with a piece of sourdough.
