Crunchy Chickpeas

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180℃.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spread out in a single layer on a baking pan lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. (It's best to check at 10 minutes as ovens may vary.)
  5. Enjoy hot or cold – as is, on salads or with steamed veggies.
