Put chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla essence and maple syrup in a jar or bowl. Mix well.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve with your choice of fruits, nuts, and/or seeds.
Tip: This will keep for up to five days, so make a few batches ahead and serve with your favourite toppings each morning!
