- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Rinse and dry the kale. Cut the thickest part of the stalk out and discard. Set the kale leaves aside.
- In a shallow dish, mix the nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and spices.
- Coat the kale leaves with the mixture and arrange on the baking tray.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, just until leaves are crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
