- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Whilst pasta is cooking, prepare the veggies (including the optional ingredients you wish to add).
- When done, strain pasta and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, walnut pesto and veggies. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
- Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with edible flowers and lemon zest.
- Serve and enjoy!
