Ingredients
- Dried wakame seaweed 150 g
- Miso 2 tbsps
- Liquid Aminos (Bragg or coconut) 2 tbsps
- Sesame seeds, roasted ¼ cup
- Sesame oil 3 tbsps
- Sauerkraut juice 1 tsp
- Red chilli, finely chopped 2 pcs
- Lemon juice or ACV 1 tsp
- Sea salt and pepper to taste

A highly nutritious, low-calorie seaweed salad that can help enhance weight loss. Wakame is full of nutrients, especially iodine. It’s great for thyroid, cholesterol, and blood sugar regulation and helps boost your immunity, among many other benefits!
Method
- Soak the dried wakame in a bowl of water for 10-20 minutes. Rinse and drain.
- Mix all the other ingredients in a salad bowl to make the dressing.
- Add the wakame to the dressing. Toss well.
- Enjoy!
