I found these after trying many others, all were somewhat affective but Happy Healthy You was the best at taking off the edge. Anyone going through menopause
will understand what that means. Felt happier, calmer, my skin felt better and they really kept the flushes at bay. Going through the range

Am slowly adding the range to my toolkit for menopausal symptoms. Stopped taking HH for a short time (foolish lady) and my symptoms came raging back. Happy Calm has made a noticeable difference to my anxiety (even though I am also on anti-anxiety pills). Turmeric is my latest weapon against inflammation. Watch this space!

Finding HH after HRT patches was a godsend. Now I just add the powder to my morning juice and I'm good for the day! Helps support my system by eliminating hot flushes and improving mood.
