Happy Hormones is in capsule form. The therapeutic dose is 4 capsules per day which can be taken at once or split across two doses morning and evening. It's best to experiment, to find which works best for you, however, the most important aspect is consistency in taking the product.

I've been taking HC for a while in conjunction with HH .. life got busy and my focus was my son fighting cancer and his family.. I ran out of HC and kept forgetting my HH .. my emotional state soon took a turn for the worse .. I went into a dark headspace that scared me ..
