Method

  1. Clean and gently bruise the base of the lemon grass, the white part.
  2. In a large jug combine the water, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, sliced lemon, honey and apple cider vinegar. Using the lemon grass stir the mixture and let steep for 1/2 hour.
  3. Drink through out the day.
