Slow Roasted Garlic with Spicy Roasted Carrot Sticks
You can't just have one!


  1. Cut the top of the garlic, so it makes a lid. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
  2. Bake in the oven for 45 mins at 160 degrees.
  3. Prepare the carrot sticks, toss in the coconut oil and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven with the garlic for aprox 30 mins or until the carrot sticks are tender.
  5. Serve together or add some rice crackers for extra crunch!
  6. Enjoy!
