- Cut the top of the garlic, so it makes a lid. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
- Bake in the oven for 45 mins at 160 degrees.
- Prepare the carrot sticks, toss in the coconut oil and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven with the garlic for aprox 30 mins or until the carrot sticks are tender.
- Serve together or add some rice crackers for extra crunch!
