Seed Bread with Tomato and Avocado


  1. Lightly toast the seed bread and spread with the hummus. Top each with a lettuce leaf.
  2. Gently toss the tomato, avocado and onion together in a bowl, with the dressing.
  3. Arrange on top of the lettuce, garnish with parsley.
  4. And enjoy!
