- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
- Toss pumpkin in coconut oil, curry powder and salt and pepper and whole garlic cloves.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until tender and roasted. Cool once cooked.
- Rinse chick peas.
- In high powered blender/food processor add all ingredients including roasted pumpkin and cooked garlic. Blend until smooth. You may need to add some water to get a smoother consistency.
- Serve with your favourite crackers or seed bread.
