Raspberry Bliss Bombs
A delicious treat with a twist of raspberry and coconut. Loaded with antioxidants and hormonally happy. The perfect pick-me-up.

Method

  1. Soak cashews in water for 4 hours and drain well.
  2. Set aside 1/2 cup desiccated coconut for rolling. Put all other ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
  3. In your palm, roll small, bite-size portions of the mixture and coat well with the extra desiccated coconut.
  4. Enjoy your tasty and healthy treat!
  • Will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
