- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Except for the mushrooms, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- “Pull” the mushrooms gently to make shredded pieces.
- Mix the mushrooms with the sauce and spread flat on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, just until crispy. Then give a little turn and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Enjoy on a sandwich or in a salad.
