Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a loaf pan or baking tray with baking paper.
- Rinse and trim off the ends of the asparagus.
- Mix together all the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the asparagus.
- Place on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve as a side dish with a protein.
