- In a medium-sized frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and celery in the olive oil. Then add the protein. Sauté further until the protein is cooked.
- Next, add the passata and beans. Stir well and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- Add the smoky paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and add your choice of garnish.
- Serve with a salad.
