Method
- Rinse and cut all the veggies.
- Place large frying pan over a high heat and add the oil, garlic and spring onions. Saute lightly until fragrant.
- Add the broccolini and fry for about three minutes.
- Add the silverbeet or spinach and kale. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir-fry well for a further two minutes.
- Sprinkle with seeds or almond slivers and serve with a lemon wedge.
- Enjoy your delicious and healthy greens!
