Energy Boost Bar

Ideal for a quick boost of energy and endurance.

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Line a 20 x 20cm tin with non-stick baking paper.
  3. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and stir to mix well.
  4. Firmly press the mixture into the tin.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden.
  6. Cool and then cut into slices using a sharp knife.
  7. Make approx. 10 slices, you can store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
