Ideal for a quick boost of energy and endurance.
- Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Line a 20 x 20cm tin with non-stick baking paper.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Firmly press the mixture into the tin.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden.
- Cool and then cut into slices using a sharp knife.
- Make approx. 10 slices, you can store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
