Cut the cauliflower into nugget sized pieces or florets.
Prepare the nut butter sauce by mixing all the remaining ingredients.
Put cauliflower in a big bowl and mix with the nut butter sauce.
Grill at 180℃ for 20 minutes or until golden brown, then turn the pieces and grill again.
Serve and enjoy!!!
Nice with a little rocket side salad and basmati rice.
