Cauliflower Nuggets

Cauliflower Nuggets

Method

  1. Cut the cauliflower into nugget sized pieces or florets.
  2. Prepare the nut butter sauce by mixing all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put cauliflower in a big bowl and mix with the nut butter sauce.
  4. Grill at 180℃ for 20 minutes or until golden brown, then turn the pieces and grill again.
  5. Serve and enjoy!!!
  • Nice with a little rocket side salad and basmati rice.
