Bircher Muesli with a Twist
A super way to start the day. A breakfast that will last you all morning long.

Method

  1. Combine dates, pineapple juice and muesli in a small bowl. Mix cardamom through yoghurt.
  2. Spoon half of date mixture into a jar or serving bowl. Top with half of yoghurt mixture. Repeat layers. Finish with a sprinkle of extra muesli and cardamom if you like.

Extra Notes

If you have some homemade granola, it will make a great substitute for the muesli!
