Method
- Trim off the hard ends of the asparagus. Using a vegetable peeler, ribbon the raw asparagus into long, thin strips.
- Peel and slice the grapefruit thin.
- Clean and slice the fennel thin.
- Slice the radish thin.
- Toss all together in a salad bowl or assemble on a large plate.
- Mix up the dressing ingredients and drizzle over before serving.
