Thank you!

I found these after trying many others, all were somewhat affective but Happy Healthy You was the best at taking off the edge. Anyone going through menopause
will understand what that means. Felt happier, calmer, my skin felt better and they really kept the flushes at bay. Heaven sent, not just for me but everyone around me :) Now that I feel I am through that part of my life, I love sending these to my friends and sisters who are finding menopause a struggle, they are always received with much gratitude. Going through the range

Am slowly adding the range to my toolkit for menopausal symptoms. Stopped taking HH for a short time (foolish lady) and my symptoms came raging back. Happy Calm has made a noticeable difference to my anxiety (even though I am also on anti-anxiety pills). Turmeric is my latest weapon against inflammation. Watch this space!
