will understand what that means. Felt happier, calmer, my skin felt better and they really kept the flushes at bay. Am slowly adding the range to my toolkit for menopausal symptoms. Stopped taking HH for a short time (foolish lady) and my symptoms came raging back. Happy Calm has made a noticeable difference to my anxiety (even though I am also on anti-anxiety pills). Turmeric is my latest weapon against inflammation. Watch this space!
