We ship the same or next day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday.

Really works for me!
I have been taking these for a year. I take 1 before bed and it allows me to relax and sleep deeper. I don't take them during the day as for me it makes me sleepy. I do believe that the effects of calming sticks around the next day as I don't get anxious easily like I was before I started taking them. I recommend for better sleep and calming.
I love the Happy Hormones product, however it’s unfortunate that the shipping is so slow. I paid for fast shipping and it still did not make it in the guaranteed time. This has happened more than once.
Happy Hormones stopped my mid cycle spotting within 6 hours of taking the first dose. I am now 45 years old and have been having spotting mid cycle, probably due to lowered hormone levels due to my age. It has also increased my sex drive and returned the clear egg white discharge that I used to get around ovulation time. I was amazed at how well this product worked! Also, i am extremely sensitive to everything. I had no ill side effects with this product other than the first week of use, I had a hard time going #2, but that cleared up after a week. I definitely will be using this long term.

I've been drinking these pills for the past 3 years and they changed my life for the better 100%.
I love them.
I am blown away by this product. After doing the hormonal quiz that put me at "severe imbalance" and nothing else working, this was my last resort. I am not in perimenopause yet but have had a lot of cyclical issues for many years, I was advised to purchase this. I have noticed that after 3 weeks, I have no sugar or salt cravings, I am able to have energy to go to the gym before 9.30am which was always unheard of for me. The jury is still out on how much it will help my pre-cycle spotting and heavy periods but I have faith that in time, it will. Hormone imbalance is such an intricate thing that it would be unrealistic to expect everything to resolve immediately. I have ordered more as I believe this is the supplement for me and I have stopped taking so many other things. I do recommend a liver support (if that's safe for you) too.

I was booked in to see a hormone specialist to go on HRT before I tried HH. I wasn’t sleeping, had awful night sweats all the time and worst of all, my mood was really low all the time after suffering from a bad bout of depression. I was always convinced that my depression was brought on by hormones but doctors just wanted to medicate me without even looking into my hormones. Since taking HH I’m sleeping well, I’ve only had one night sweat and amazingly, my low mood is gone and I feel like myself again! 😁 HH really is life changing - I’m so glad I tried it 🤗
The only down side is that you (1) you don't offer auto ship. (2) We in the US don't have access to the items that Australia does.

I have been using Happy Hormones for about 6 months after trying so many things and seeing this recommended by several people to someone else. It has helped trememndously with night sweats. I am still getting hot flashes but not as bad. My mood seems better too
As with any herbal treatment they aren’t magic. That being said I seem to feel better and sleep better when I take my HH pills. It would be good if the shipping was faster and cheaper. Takes about a month to get them and with the exchange the shipping is about 20 dollars. I live in Canada so that complicates this. It would be great if there was a Canadian distributor. Thanks.

Happy Greens is a concentrated tablet of plant-based ingredients. The dose is 2 tablets daily can be increased depending upon your requirements to 6-8 tablets per day. Happy Greens can be taken with or without food.
Q. Does it replace fruits and vegetables in my diet?
No. As a general rule the more your diet is plant focused, the better it is for your hormonal health and indeed overall health. Happy Greens simply provides a concentrated source of superfoods which supplements your diet.
Q. Will Happy Greens make my system too Alkaline?
No, the amount of greens is not enough to override your internal acid/alkaline regulation. Happy Greens simply encourages a more alkaline tendency. Most western diets are inclined towards acidity, so Happy Greens gently shifts your alkaline balance in the right direction.
Q. Can I take this alongside Happy Hormones?
Yes you can, and in fact it will increase the effectiveness of Happy Hormones by providing readily available plant-based nutrition, along with encouraging optional pH to allow hormones to balance.
Q. Do Happy Greens provide enough DIM?
Not really if you have an oestrogen dominance or an excess situation. Happy DIM is also required in most cases to clear excess oestrogens. Once your system has balanced, however, Happy Greens can be used as a maintenance to avoid developing excessive oestrogen again.
Q. Should I add Happy GREENS to my range of Happy Healthy YOU products?

Normally would say how great happy greens is. I have bought a few over the last few years, however this bottle taste like vinegar and is more yellow than green. I'm really disappointed however after emailing support team I'm assured this is normal as it may be a fresh batch and needs time to ferment more. Still apparently has the same benefits so down the hatch it goes whilst holding my nose. can't wait for my next bottle that hopefully is back to normal.
Easy to take and a nice change from HT. I think I slightly prefer the taste of HT though. So good for my gut.
I’d been taking HG regularly for a few months but had run out before needing to order more HH so just went without and WOW did I notice the difference! Have started again taking the HH and happy greens. Thought I was done with menopause. WRONG. Migraines came back, hot flushes came back. Things have settled down again. Was getting a migraine at least once a week and hot flushes every night. Won't be stopping it again.
While HG is part of a group of HHY products I take, I feel one of the noticeable benefits I've had, is my metabolism has improved. Sorry...TMI, but I would go to the bathroom once every couple of days. Ever since I started with HG, I've noticed I'm very regular. There were 2-3 days in between when I didn't take it, and I noticed the difference right away. The taste doesn't bother me. I take it with Happy Turmeric and a little bit of water and gulp it down.
I like the taste of HG. It's very similar to HT. I just swig it straight from the bottle which I keep in the fridge. Love the good gut bacteria !
