Guidelines
We ship the same or next day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday.
Generally, our free deliveries take 5-7 days to all major US cities. If you've paid for expedited shipping, then your parcel should arrive within 2-3 days, or overnight if you've selected that option. Orders to Canada are sometimes subject to a slight delay at Customs.

Really works for me!
I have been taking these for a year. I take 1 before bed and it allows me to relax and sleep deeper. I don't take them during the day as for me it makes me sleepy. I do believe that the effects of calming sticks around the next day as I don't get anxious easily like I was before I started taking them. I recommend for better sleep and calming.
I love the Happy Hormones product, however it’s unfortunate that the shipping is so slow. I paid for fast shipping and it still did not make it in the guaranteed time. This has happened more than once.
Happy Hormones stopped my mid cycle spotting within 6 hours of taking the first dose. I am now 45 years old and have been having spotting mid cycle, probably due to lowered hormone levels due to my age. It has also increased my sex drive and returned the clear egg white discharge that I used to get around ovulation time. I was amazed at how well this product worked! Also, i am extremely sensitive to everything. I had no ill side effects with this product other than the first week of use, I had a hard time going #2, but that cleared up after a week. I definitely will be using this long term.

I've been drinking these pills for the past 3 years and they changed my life for the better 100%.

I am blown away by this product. After doing the hormonal quiz that put me at "severe imbalance" and nothing else working, this was my last resort. I am not in perimenopause yet but have had a lot of cyclical issues for many years, I was advised to purchase this. I have noticed that after 3 weeks, I have no sugar or salt cravings, I am able to have energy to go to the gym before 9.30am which was always unheard of for me. The jury is still out on how much it will help my pre-cycle spotting and heavy periods but I have faith that in time, it will. Hormone imbalance is such an intricate thing that it would be unrealistic to expect everything to resolve immediately. I have ordered more as I believe this is the supplement for me and I have stopped taking so many other things. I do recommend a liver support (if that's safe for you) too.

I was booked in to see a hormone specialist to go on HRT before I tried HH. I wasn’t sleeping, had awful night sweats all the time and worst of all, my mood was really low all the time after suffering from a bad bout of depression. I was always convinced that my depression was brought on by hormones but doctors just wanted to medicate me without even looking into my hormones. Since taking HH I’m sleeping well, I’ve only had one night sweat and amazingly, my low mood is gone and I feel like myself again! 😁 HH really is life changing - I’m so glad I tried it 🤗
The only down side is that you (1) you don't offer auto ship. (2) We in the US don't have access to the items that Australia does.

I have been using Happy Hormones for about 6 months after trying so many things and seeing this recommended by several people to someone else. It has helped trememndously with night sweats. I am still getting hot flashes but not as bad. My mood seems better too
As with any herbal treatment they aren’t magic. That being said I seem to feel better and sleep better when I take my HH pills. It would be good if the shipping was faster and cheaper. Takes about a month to get them and with the exchange the shipping is about 20 dollars. I live in Canada so that complicates this. It would be great if there was a Canadian distributor. Thanks.

WHY IT WORKS
- Milk thistle is the most well-known and scientifically proven phyto-medicine shown to protect and improve liver function. MT stimulates our own internal protective enzyme Glutathione peroxidase which is active in the liver. MT has also been shown to assist in preventing gall stone function and improving gall bladder function.

Happy LIVER is a vegetable capsule. The dose of Happy LIVER is 3 capsules per day, taken together or spaced through the day.
Q. Does it replace an antioxidant mix?
Happy LIVER contains a powerful blend of plant-based antioxidants designed to stimulate your own internal antioxidant systems. Some people prefer to take vitamin or amino acid antioxidants, such as Methionine, vitamin C and E. Our approach is to focus more on plant-based medicines, hence our formulas containing plant-based ingredients where possible for maximum benefit.
Q. Does Happy LIVER interact with any medications?
We always suggest to check with your health practitioner before taking any supplements. Happy LIVER has the potential to improve liver function and hence speed up the effectiveness of the metabolism of medicines through the liver. So this may require dosages of medications to be altered.
Q. Can I take this alongside Happy Hormones?
Ideally, yes... Happy LIVER has been designed to work alongside Happy Hormones to help support a healthy hormone metabolism.
Q. Are there any side effects?
Happy LIVER is well tolerated. However, for some people who are sensitive, 3 capsules may be too much to start. If you have a history of diagnosed liver issues or are sensitive to medicines, then we suggest to start with 1 capsule per day and work up to 3 capsules per day.

Been taking this for almost a month now , along with HH, HT & HG . Overall, I feel like my metabolism is slowly improving after years of digestive issues . I tried taking it in the night, but found it made my stomach a bit rumbly, so I now take 1HC in the morning with breakfast. working great , no issues so far.
