Not So Nutty Balls!


  1. In a high-speed blender put all the ingredients except the water. Process until well combined.
  2. Add the water little by little if needed to make the mixture sticky enough to roll into balls.
  3. Roll into bite sized balls and dust in toasted coconut.
  4. These will keep (maybe) for 7 days in the fridge.
