Ingredients
- Kiwi guacamole 1 batch
- Corn tortillas 1 pack
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Fresh pomegranate arils ½ cup

Method
- Pre-make one batch of the Kiwi Guacamole. You can find the recipe here.
- Pre heat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Using a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter, cut the tortillas into “trees”. Brush both sides with a tiny bit of olive oil and arrange on the baking tray.
- Bake around 10 minutes until just crispy.
- Remove from heat when done. Let cool a few minutes and top with guacamole and pomegranate arils.
- Serve and enjoy!
