Sweet Potato Dip

Sweet Potato Dip
This healthy and tasty dip is packed with nutrients, beta carotene, and omegas for detox support!

Method

  1. Cook sweet potato until soft.
  2. Meanwhile, rinse and chop the rocket (aragula) and drain the chickpeas.
  3. When the sweet potato is cooked, blend with all other ingredients in a food processor or Thermomix until smooth.
  4. Pour dip into a serving bowl and enjoy with veggie sticks or crackers.
