Rainbow Salad

Method

  1. Combine wombok, red cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green onion and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Make Tahini and orange dressing: Whisk tahini, vinegar and orange juice to-gether in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add dressing to cabbage mixture. Toss to combine. Arrange slaw on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
