Probiotic Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the agar agar
  2. Add agar agar to a saucepan. On low heat slowly add the creamy mixture and continually whisk until a simmer. Don't let it boil
  3. Let cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours then blend through the probiotics before pouring into moulds and freezing
