Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats
Make individual portions or a large bowl for all the family to enjoy!

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix.
  2. Cover and put in the fridge overnight. The oats will absorb the milk and the chia seeds will expand, making a lovely creamy consistency by morning.
  3. Stir and top with fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice.
  4. Will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Extra Notes

You can use another milk of your choice in place of almond milk.
