A staple for any healthy fridge. Its always good to have a jar of Hommus made to add to sandwiches, crackers, wraps or as a quick did with cut up vegies for an afternoon snack.
Method
- Rinse chick peas.
- In a high speed blender or food processor blend all the ingredients.
- You may need to add some water to get a smoother consistency.
- Serve with the seed bread, delicious!
