For those times when you need some extra energy and protein!

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, Thermomix, or NutriBullet.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

This magnesium-rich smoothie is packed with other nutrients for muscle repair and recovery, making it an excellent pre- and post-workout drink!
