Green Sauce

Green Sauce
This clean and fresh sauce can be used as an accompaniment for many tasty dishes. Have it as a side with salads; use it for a dip with crackers and veggie sticks; as pasta sauce or as a wrap condiment.

Method

  1. Blitz in blender until smooth.
  2. Can keep sealed in a jar in the refrigerator for 1 week. (I bet it doesn’t last that long though!)

Extra Notes

You can use macadamia nuts in place of cashews.
