Garlic Greens

Method

  1. Rinse and cut all the veggies.
  2. Place large frying pan over a high heat and add the oil, garlic and spring onions. Saute lightly until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccolini and fry for about three minutes.
  4. Add the silverbeet or spinach and kale. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir-fry well for a further two minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with seeds or almond slivers and serve with a lemon wedge.
  6. Enjoy your delicious and healthy greens!
