Energy Balls

Energy Balls
A quick pick me up, treat, or after dinner sweet. These are delicious and hormonally healthy. Don't reach for junk when you can make these little treats!

Method

  1. In a high speed blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except the desiccated coconut. The mixture should be thick and well combined.
  2. Roll into balls in your hand, toss in coconut and chill in the fridge.
