Berry-Good Sleep Smoothie

Great for dinner or dessert! Try to have an early meal or light meal in the evening if you struggle with sleep. A heavy, late meal will leave you feeling restless throughout the night. 

A secret tip in this smoothie is adding 30 ml of coconut water kefir which is loaded with LIVE probiotics. Probiotics stimulate the production of serotonin which is needed to establish healthy sleep patterns.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, Thermomix, or NutriBullet.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Extra Notes

Cherries are rich in melatonin, serotonin and magnesium so they’re excellent for getting restful sleep. They’re also packed with antioxidants and iron.
