Beetroot Dippers and Hummus
Tasty roasted beetroot chips a great snack or party plate. Beetroot has many health benefits, high in antioxidants and full of wonderful vitamins and minerals your bodies need.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Peel and cut the beetroot into chip strips and toss in the coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Garnish with chopped tomato and parsley and serve with your selected Hummus from the website.
