Tasty roasted beetroot chips a great snack or party plate. Beetroot has many health benefits, high in antioxidants and full of wonderful vitamins and minerals your bodies need.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
- Peel and cut the beetroot into chip strips and toss in the coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Garnish with chopped tomato and parsley and serve with your selected Hummus from the website.
