Wild Mushroom Tacos

Method

  1. Add the olive oil into a medium frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms, garlic and green onion until mushrooms are cooked. Then add tamari and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Slice the avocado and prepare the rest of the vegetable toppings.
  3. Heat the tortillas.
  4. Make your own tacos by scooping in the mushrooms and adding the avocado and vegetable toppings.
  5. Garnish with chili and lemon slices, if desired.
  6. Enjoy!

Extra Notes

Shiitake, oyster, king oyster, and enoki are all great wild mushroom options.
