A healthier option if you need to get that butter fix!
Method
- Blend all ingredients on high until mixed well.
- Put into a glass container (or split into 2 jars, and keep one into the freezer).
- Put in the refrigerator. It should be set after about ½ hour.
- Enjoy and use as a substitute for butter or margarine spread.
- Store unused portion in the fridge. Will keep for up to two weeks.
