Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Method

  1. Soak dates in warm water for at least one hour. Drain and cool.
  2. Peel the avocado and remove the seed.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Scoop portions into individual serving bowls and decorate with selected toppings (optional).
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Will keep in the fridge for up to a week.

Extra Notes

You may use powdered cacao nibs in place of cacao powder. Cayenne powder may be added for a spicy version.
