A refreshing healthy and tasty salad, side or main meal.
Method
- Gently combine all ingredients in a large bowl Select your preferred salad dressing. The Honey and mustard dressing is recommended. Pour 4 tbsp dressing over the salad and mix gently.
- Arrange in a mould or on a plate. Serve chilled. Garnish with fresh herbs. As a twist add smoked salmon or fresh prawns to the tartare.
