Make good use of those broccoli stalks by turning them into a healthy “noodle” dish!
Method
- Spiralise the broccoli stalks into “noodles” using a vegetable spiraliser. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients to make the Teriyaki sauce.
- Heat a large pan and saute the “noodles” quickly (about 5 minutes).
- Add the sauce and mix together until evenly distributed.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving platter. Serve with a protein, like grilled tempeh or fish.
