Teriyaki Broccoli "Noodles"

Teriyaki Broccoli "Noodles"
Make good use of those broccoli stalks by turning them into a healthy “noodle” dish!

Method

  1. Spiralise the broccoli stalks into “noodles” using a vegetable spiraliser. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients to make the Teriyaki sauce.
  3. Heat a large pan and saute the “noodles” quickly (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add the sauce and mix together until evenly distributed.
  5. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving platter. Serve with a protein, like grilled tempeh or fish.

Full of nutrients and great for hormonal balancing!
