Method
- Mash banana
- Whisk the eggs and mix through the mashed banana
- Add the frozen raspberries, saving some to top with.
- Heat a pan with coconut oil, and scramble the mixture in the pan with a fork until desired consistency
- Top with fermented coconut yoghurt, shredded coconut and extra raspberries
- ENJOY!
