This is a delicious one to make before bedtime. The beautiful, warming combination of spices is fantastic for activating the parasympathetic nervous system and getting you in a deeper and more restful sleep.
Method
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat.
- Stir constantly and bring to a light simmer.
- Pour mixture into a cup through a tea strainer and enjoy!
You can also prepare the mixture in a Thermomix® at 100℃ (Speed 1). Alternatively, you may use a milk frother so it ends up creamy and delicious.
