Seed Bread Tomato Hummus Sandwich
A super healthy and fulfilling lunch. The bread is full of amazing nuts and seeds and will keep you going all afternoon.

Method

  1. Toast the seed bread on both sides.
  2. Spread with hummus, top with lettuce leaf.
  3. Mix tomato, avocado and onion and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Top the lettuce with the mixture, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
