Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃.
  2. Chop Brussels sprouts in half and trim off any yellow leaves and ends.
  3. Combine Brussels sprouts, ghee, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until sprouts are well coated.
  4. Put Brussels in a baking pan or ovenproof dish and roast, checking and turning every 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Will take 30-45 minutes (depending on the oven).
  5. Take out of oven and top with hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, pomegranate arils and lime juice. Enjoy!
