Roast Pumpkin Hummus

Roast Pumpkin Hummus


  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Toss pumpkin in coconut oil, curry powder and salt and pepper and whole garlic cloves.
  3. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until tender and roasted. Cool once cooked.
  4. Rinse chick peas.
  5. In high powered blender/food processor add all ingredients including roasted pumpkin and cooked garlic. Blend until smooth. You may need to add some water to get a smoother consistency.
  6. Serve with your favourite crackers or seed bread.
