Method
- Soak cashews in water for 4 hours and drain well.
- Set aside 1/2 cup desiccated coconut for rolling. Put all other ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
- In your palm, roll small, bite-size portions of the mixture and coat well with the extra desiccated coconut.
